Modifying a Report

Step 1: From the Report management start page, highlight a report from the list box. To select multiple reports, hold down CTRL and click the desired reports.

 

Step 2: From the Reports menu, click Modify.

 

Step 3: In the Report dialog box, click Next to maintain or change the report parameters.

 

Step 4: In the Notification dialog box, click Next again to maintain or change the notification.

 

Step 5: In the Options dialog box, click Next again to change or maintain the output options. Click "Finish" to save the modified report, "Cancel" to lose changes, or "Previous" to go back.
