Use this box to specify the report production options. Decide whether to run it now or later, whether you wish to save the report and specify the format for producing the report.
Step 1: In the Run Options menu, click Run Now to generate the report immediately following the completion of the report request.
Step 2: In the Run Options menu, click Save to save the report so it will appear in the Report management start screen list. Then at a later time you can run it again, modify it, or delete it.
Step 3: In the Output Options click on the appropriate display format(s) from the following three choices:
PDF format is compact and viewable with Adobe Acrobat ™ Reader software.
CSV format (Comma Separated Values) is a comma-separated file which can be edited as a Microsoft Excel or Quattro Pro file.
HTML format can be viewed with a web browser and can be easily incorporated into a Microsoft Word document.
